Job Description :
- Rework activity on modules level (Bone pile reduction activity).
- Salvaging activity on pieces part level.
- Involve in Line set up,planning and other activities.
- Repeatable action with quality/engineering feedback,build in to system (Long term sustaining action) - Generic (common / repeatable mistake)
- Product specific:
- Process set up issue,use dummy material for set up and buy off
- Process control/ feedback for yield improvement
- Test specification review
- Workmanship standard/ criteria
- Supplier issues
- Maintain / meeting production schedules.
- Supervise,control,motivate and assess subordinates in all aspects affecting their work performance and encourage teamwork among the employees of the affected departments. Also he/ she is to maintain good relationship and teamwork spirit with his peers.
- Interface with planning,QA,engineering and others departments as required in the course of conducting daily assignment.
- To counsel and guide employees in respect of work and work related problem affecting their performance and escalate to higher level if deemed necessary.
- To perform any other duties as and when required by management.
Job Requirements :
- Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma or Professional Degree in Engineering (Mechanical), Engineering (Electrical/Electronic) or equivalent.
- At least 3 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
- Applicants should be Malaysian, Singaporean, Filipino, Indian, Vietnamese, Thai, Indonesian, Bangladesh, others, others, others citizens or hold relevant residence status.
- Preferably Senior Executives specializing in or equivalent.
- Full-Time positions available.
