Job Responsibilities:
Maintain and develop current customer base along with exploring and identifying new business opportunities to maximise market coverage
To futher formulate and execute business and marketing strategies to capture new local and international market
Ensure business growth target by securing new projects and provide support to ensure success
Develop and enhance strong relationship with customers

Job Requirements:
Candidate must possess at least Degree/ Diploma in Mechanical Engineering
Min 3 year(s) of working experience in management, preferably in a manufacturing industry is required for this position.
Strong managerial and leadership skills are essential.
Possess excellent communication and negotiation skills.
Possess strong quality of problem solving and intellectual skills, diplomatic when dealing with customers, good management skills & good working attitude
Highly motivated, resourceful, efficient and willing to take challenges.
Result oriented, committed, a team player with good interpersonal skills.
