To provide a welcoming, friendly, courteous and efficient first point of enquiry and assistance to walk-in visitors and telephone callers to enhance their impression of the British Council, giving them relevant and accurate information which matches their needs.
Job Requirements :
- At least SPM/Diploma in any field
- Proven ability to work proactively nd independently
- Good Interpersonal skills with ability to work with people at all levels
- Required languages: Arabic, English and Bahasa Malaysia
- Willing to work shifts and on weekends
