Job Descriptions :

To provide a welcoming, friendly, courteous and efficient first point of enquiry and assistance to walk-in visitors and telephone callers to enhance their impression of the British Council, giving them relevant and accurate information which matches their needs.

Job Requirements :
  1. At least SPM/Diploma in any field
  2. Proven ability to work proactively nd independently
  3. Good Interpersonal skills with ability to work with people at all levels
  4. Required languages: Arabic, English and Bahasa Malaysia
  5. Willing to work shifts and on weekends
